With over 26 years of clinical experience helping women through complex hormonal transitions, I don’t guess. I look at what’s happening inside your body, identify what’s driving your symptoms, and create a clear plan to support your hormones, metabolism, and nervous system.

That means we don’t chase symptoms.
We check, we support, and we check again so you get real, steady progress instead of trial and error.
